2. Creative Work Not Started: The creation of the customized work has not yet begun  ( the customer therefore did not receive an email informing them that we had started the creative work)

3. Gift Card Unused: The gift card has not been redeemed, either in full or in part.

4. Withdrawal Request Within 60 Days: The Client submits a withdrawal request within the 60-day period via email to myluxuryphotomlp@gmail.com

• Solicitud de desistimiento dentro de 60 días: El Cliente envía una solicitud de desistimiento dentro del plazo de 60 días por correo electrónico a myluxuryphotomlp@gmail.com.
