Personal Data Record

In compliance with the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data collected by My Luxury Photo through the forms available on its pages will be incorporated into and processed in our database in order to facilitate, expedite, and fulfill the commitments established between My Luxury Photo and the User, or to maintain the relationship established in the forms completed by the User, or to respond to their request or inquiry. Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent.
My Luxury Photo undertakes to obtain the express and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Personal Data of Minors

In accordance with Articles 8 of the GDPR and 7 of the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, only individuals over the age of 14 may lawfully give their consent for the processing of their personal data by My Luxury Photo.

If the User is under 14 years old, the consent of parents or legal guardians will be required for the processing, and such processing will only be considered lawful to the extent that they have authorized it.

Confidentiality and Security of Personal Data

Rights Derived from the Processing of Personal Data

The User holds the following rights over My Luxury Photo, which may be exercised against the Data Controller, in accordance with the GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee :

Right of Access

The User has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether My Luxury Photo is processing their personal data, and, if so, to access such data and information regarding the processing, including the origin of the data and the recipients of any communications made or planned.
